    Scott E. Hillard, W. L. Lyons, Inc. v Kevin Clark, et al., 2007 Case No. 1:07-cv-811. He graduated from Hope College, magna cum laude, with his bachelor's degree Phi Beta Kappa and received his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
