Ryan Malet has extensive experience handling a wide range of real estate-related matters, including advising buyers, sellers and lenders in the acquisition and sale of real estate throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He is frequently called upon to negotiate and prepare residential contracts on behalf of clients who are unrepresented parties and to assist in preparing joint ownership agreements.
