Roger A. Dreyer

The emphasis of Mr. Dreyer's practice is personal injury trial practice, specializing in the areas of catastrophic injuries and wrongful death matters. He has tried to conclusion in excess of 100 civil cases. During the course of his career, Mr. Dreyer has obtained in excess of 100 seven-figure verdicts and settlements. He has obtained multi-million dollar verdicts in wrongful death matters, catastrophic brain and spinal injury cases as well as public entity matters. He was sought out by the ownership of the Oakland Raiders to try the complex business fraud case as trial counsel for the Raiders against the Oakland Alameda County Coliseum and other defendants resulting in a finding of fraud against those entities in the largest business fraud verdict in Sacramento County history. He has been recognized as one of the leading trial lawyers in California and the recipient of the Cal-Abota Trial Lawyer of the Year and recognized in SuperLawyers as one of the top 10 lawyers in Northern California. He is also active on community boards, serving on the Child Abuse Prevention Center Board and the Teachable Moment foundation board which is dedicated to making changes in how we deal with drunk drivers and changing behavior to prevent such drivers from being on the road. His community work has resulted in him being recognized as the Board Member of the Year by the Non Profit Board and the Chamber of Commerce in the Sacramento Region in 2002.
