Robert Wulff

Since 1986, Mr. Wulff has practiced exclusively in the area of civil and insurance defense. His practice focuses mostly on the areas of automobile law (including liability, underinsured and uninsured motorist cases), bad faith failure to defend and bad faith failure to settle, motor carrier/trucking liability, premises liability (slip & falls), broker and agent errors and omissions, construction defects, contractor liability, nursing home liability and product liability cases. In addition, he is frequently asked to author legal opinions with regard to insurance coverage questions and also prosecute declaratory judgment actions with regard to insurance coverages. His cases are personally handled by him from beginning to end—discovery, through trial, and on appeal. Mr. Wulff is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance, the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, and the Top 100 Civil Defense Litigators®. He is licensed in the States of Missouri and Illinois, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri—Columbia in 1983 and his JD degree, cum laude, from St. Louis University in 1986.
