Robert A. "Rob" Shull

Robert A. Shull has more than 35 years of experience litigating complex commercial and construction cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. His practice includes commercial and real estate disputes, construction claims, fraud litigation, and bankruptcy litigation and other proceedings. In civil matters, Mr. Shull has represented clients in multimillion-dollar breach of contract, securities fraud, and ”bet the company“ litigation. His construction litigation includes representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals. In the bankruptcy arena, Mr. Shull has litigated major fraud and discharge cases, represented creditors and creditors' committees, and litigated complex, multimillion-dollar adversary claims.
