Won federal court dismissal of patent licensing dispute on forum non conveniens grounds. Successfully argued before the North Carolina Court of Appeals to affirm $2.7 million jury verdict in dispute between business owners. Successfully defended bank in class action brought by customers claiming excessive NSF charges.
