In addition to chairing the tax lien and litigation group at Nelson Mullins, my practice focuses on banking, financial services, business, taxation, and real estate matters. I routinely handle litigation, administrative, and transactional matters. While my practice originates in the heart of Appalachia, I routinely handle matters in jurisdictions across the country. I also serve as the chair of Firm's Pro Bono Committee.
