As Counsel at LSW, Ramya represents individuals and entities in white collar criminal matters, internal investigations, regulatory proceedings, and civil litigation. She has experience in federal and state court litigation as well as arbitration. Ramya’s practice includes representing individuals and companies in investigations instituted by the Department of Justice, U.S. attorney’s offices, the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, the New York Department of Financial Services, and other regulatory agencies. Her matters have involved areas such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, commercial contract disputes, legal ethics, fraud, money laundering, and securities regulation. Ramya is a graduate of the Yale Law School and of Cornell University. Before joining LSW, Ramya served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and to the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
