About Phillip
Phil Gordon, a partner at Holtzman Vogel, tries complex civil rights cases from complaint through appeal in courts and tribunals across the country. His practice focuses primarily on voting rights cases involving the First and Fourteenth Amendments and Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act. Phil also represents clients in commercial, FOIA, and FEC related litigation matters.
