Phillip E. Lapointe

Mr. Lapointe is an attorney whose practice includes representing clients in the defense of personal-injury claims, representing and advising insurance carriers regarding coverage of all types of insurance claims, and representing entities in the defense and prosecution of various tort and contractual claims. He graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2019. During law school he served as an extern for the Honorable Judge Stephen B. Jackson, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, competed on the arbitration team, and had his student Note published in the Journal of Gender, Race & Justice. Prior to joining the firm he served as an extern for the Honorable Judge Susan M. Brnovich of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, practiced as a personal-injury attorney, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Paul J. McMurdie of the Arizona Court of Appeals.
