A considerable segment of his practice is concentrated in the representation of various healthcare corporate entities relating to corporate structure and defense of upstream professional liability claims made against parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and directors.Mr. Goldman has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts, representing individuals as well as a wide range of businesses, including publicly held companies in business disputes involving unfair competition, tortious interference, and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
