About Patrick
Pat is a member of the Trial Section and focuses his practice on commercial litigation, commercial bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights. Pat has represented public, private, and governmental entities in commercial contract disputes, and has represented asset purchasers, debtors, landlords, secured and unsecured creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy and receivership cases. Prior to joining Moye White, Pat served as an associate in the litigation group at an AmLaw 200 firm. He also served as a cyberspace operations officer in the United States Air Force. Outside of the office, Pat can be found training for long-distance races, and exploring the Colorado outdoors. He also enjoys listening to indie/folk music, and teaching himself how to play piano.
