Mr. Faas earned Emory Law’s Transactional Certificate for completing a set of courses focused on transactional law and a legal externship with the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta that focused on resolving transactional issues for clients. Also, he was a Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review. Prior to joining Babst Calland, Mr. Faas was an associate in the environmental practice of a Pittsburgh law firm, where he primarily counseled clients on environmental risks and issues associated with industrial transactions.
