About Nicholas
Nicholas Klein graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a B.A. in Philosophy and graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. Nicholas is a native Nevadan who returned to Las Vegas after law school to practice law, gaining experience representing clients in civil litigation matters including landlord-tenant matters, property disputes, breach of contract cases, as well as handling federal Fair Housing disputes and defense against discrimination complaints involving the U.S. Department of Housing. Nicholas has additionally volunteered his time taking on complex Appeals in the Nevada Supreme Court and Court of Appeals as a pro bono attorney for the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada's Appellate Program, one of which he argued before the Nevada Court of Appeals. Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys trying his hand at recreating foods he discovers online, visiting new local restaurants, playing pickup sports, and generally getting outdoors, all the while honing his dad jokes for his wife and daughter.
