Nelson T. Rainey

Mr. Rainey is an associate located in the firm's Memphis office. Mr. Rainey has extensive experience as a litigator in the field of family law, healthcare liability, and real title. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2016. While a law student, he clerked for a prestigious law firm learning the various intricacies of litigation and appellate work in an array of legal fields. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Rainey was an enlisted member of the armed services and is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. He received his B.A. from the University of Mississippi in 2009. As a student at Ole Miss, he worked full time managing construction sites. His personal interests outside of law include spending time with his wife and two children, reading, and playing golf.
