Neil Sullenberger
About Neil
Neil is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. He earned his Juris Doctor at Michigan State University College of Law in East Lansing, MI, where he was a member of the Law Review and a clinician with the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. Neil received his undergraduate degree in Economics, with an emphasis in Financial Economics and a minor in Mathematics, from Washington & Jefferson College. Neil is an experienced litigator who loves the courtroom, yet advises his clients from a rational business perspective. He does not believe in taking cases in which clients will likely end up spending more in attorney fees than they might realistically recover. Neil founded Sullenberger Roskamp PLLC upon the idea that attorneys need to be open and transparent about costs from the outset of a case, so that clients may make an informed decision with respect to pursuit of claims and defenses. Neil practices in construction litigation for both homeowners and contractors. Homeowner litigation is most often related to construction defects, incomplete work, improper application or theft of homeowner funds, and resolving lien issues. For contractors, Neil handles payment disputes and liens, construction contract drafting and review, defect claims when insurance is denied, and general business issues.
