He focuses his practice on domestic and international arbitration, mediation, and expert consulting and testimony in insurance, reinsurance, and lawyers’ professional responsibility. He is a AAA-ICDR National and International arbitrator, a Chartered Arbitrator, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and on the panels for arbitral organizations in Austria, Australia, Dubai, Japan and Switzerland. He is also a member of the London Court of International Arbitration and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a Distinguished Neutral (Insurance) of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR).
