About Meghan

Meghan Hopkins is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Health Care group. Meghan represents health care and general corporate clients in various transactional, regulatory, and operational matters. What do you focus on? Health Care I represent a broad range of health care providers, private equity firms and venture capitalists in a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and joint operating agreements. I also advise clients in the health care arena with respect to regulatory compliance, employment, and contracting. Corporate I assist clients with respect to a variety of corporate and business law matters, including in connection with mergers and acquisitions and associated corporate governance issues. I also regularly assist clients with corporate formation, commercial agreements and other ongoing general corporate matters.
