Mr. Zebrowski is a commercial litigation partner who has practiced in San Diego for 30 years. In addition to commercial litigation matters, his practice also includes real estate, section 17200 litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes and legal malpractice defense. Mr. Zebrowski is a founding Master in the Wallace Chapter of the American Inns of Court; a director of Conversations About Cancer and of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law; a past president of the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers; and the former managing partner of the San Diego office. He is admitted to practice in the state of California; in the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California; in the Ninth Circuit; and before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Zebrowski is recommended as a leading lawyer by Legal 500 US (2013), Best Lawyers in America (2010–2014) and Super Lawyers (2007–2013). He has also been recognized by the San Diego Daily Transcript as a top attorney in corporate and real estate litigation (2009–2013).
