About Marissa

Marissa Muscarella is an associate with Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes practice group. She represents individuals and corporations in a wide variety of matters. While in law school, she interned with the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. What do you focus on? I represent clients from a diverse range of industries in a variety of civil litigation matters in both state and federal court. I assist with all phases of litigation matters. My prior experience includes both securities and antitrust litigation.
