She has served on the eminent domain steering committee for the judge's conferences co-chairing several of the programs held in July and September 1995, September 1996 and July 2000. Ms. Ludovici has spoken before her colleagues on topics such as "Trial Planning and Organization" and "Making a Case for Condemnation Blight." She has also written numerous articles on topics including "Regulatory Takings" and "Condemnation Blight."
