About Kyle

Kyle Overs, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Group, specializes in complex business and trust litigation. He represents clients ranging from individuals to limited liability companies to Fortune 500 companies. Kyle has extensive experience defending class action lawsuits involving consumer related claims, including California’s Unfair Competition Law, Consumers Legal Remedies Act, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. In addition, he represents clients in litigation involving commercial and equipment loan enforcement, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and collections litigation. He is a recipient of the State Bar of California’s Wiley M. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services and the Outstanding Service Award from the Legal Aid Society of San Diego. Kyle also serves as a Board Member of the San Diego County Bar Foundation. Kyle embraces the competitive nature of litigation, taking a focused, deliberate approach to serving clients. He achieves the best possible results for his clients by focusing on both their litigation and business needs. He has experience in all aspects of litigation from case intake through trial and appeal in federal and state courts.
