He has served clients that have included Clark County, McCarran Airport, Republic Services, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the Clark County Regional Flood Control District and the Clark County Department of Public Works. He has defined himself as a fixture in the Las Vegas legal community. As an experienced trial attorney, Kirk has taken over 175 trials to verdict, and has argued before all courts in the state of Nevada, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also an experienced arbitrator and mediator. Kirk was selected to be a fellow by the American College of Trial Lawyers, an organization comprised only of those lawyers demonstrating unparalleled skill in their practice. Prior to joining the firm, Kirk was a shareholder at Jones Vargas in Las Vegas for 21 years where he chaired the litigation practice group.
