He is a certified specialist in the fields of both Taxation Law, and Estate Planning and Probate Law by The Supreme Court of South Carolina. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Mr. Meacham is past Chairman of the South Carolina Taxation Law Specialization Advisory Board. He is also past Chairman of the Tax Law Section of the South Carolina Bar. Mr. Meacham has served the Greenville Estate Planning Council as Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President and President. He is a past delegate to the South­east Region Special Liaison Tax Commit­tee.
