Kathleen Heyer

Kathleen Heyer focuses her practice on administrative and land use litigation. She has extensive experience representing property owners, developers, and companies in a wide variety of land use matters, including boundary disputes, encroachments, and title defects. Kathleen also works with clients on energy matters, including storage, LNG, solar energy, and conservation issues. She regularly appears before various municipal boards, and represents clients in both Land Court and Superior Court. She also handles land use-related appellate matters and administrative appeals. Kathleen has a passion for affordable housing and a strong interest in land use planning, renewable energy, and sustainable development.
