Kate Gaset is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Tampa office where she focuses her practice in the areas of automobile negligence, premises liability, and professional liability. In 2008, Ms. Gaset graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Social Science. She then continued her education at Florida State University College of Law earning a Juris Doctor in 2012. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. Gaset gained extensive experience handling insurance defense matters, including automobile negligence, premises liability and construction defect litigation. Ms. Gaset has been admitted to practice in the State of Florida since 2012. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband, kids, and black labrador retriever.
