About Josh

Josh Becker is an up and coming partner with an impressive pedigree and comprehensive knowledge of personal injury, insurance bad faith and truck crash litigation. Josh brings a unique perspective to our trucking, insurance bad faith and catastrophic injury practices. He began his legal career learning the ins and outs of personal injury litigation by defending the types of businesses and insurance companies he now prosecutes. By knowing how insurance companies evaluate and defend cases, and the tactics they use, Josh can expose their wrongdoings and hold them accountable. He successfully tried multiple cases to a jury in both state and federal courts. Combine this with his experience clerking for Judges from the Federal District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the Missouri Court of Appeals, Josh is able to litigate cases from every possible legal angle. Josh is one of those attorneys who goes above and beyond in everything he does. In law school, he taught study groups, advised low-income entrepreneurs, and was on Law Review, all while earning Dean’s list honors every semester and ultimately graduating at the top of his class. It’s this drive that makes him an invaluable asset not only to our team, but more importantly, to our clients who are experiencing the worst moments of their lives. Josh stops at nothing when it comes to investigating cases in order to find the needed information to lead to the desired jury verdict.
