John W. Joyce is an experienced litigator and trial attorney whose practice includes most types of sophisticated civil litigation. He represents insurance companies in coverage and claim-handling cases, broker-dealers and financial advisors in securities and employment disputes, and both businesses and individuals in contract, fraud, fiduciary liability, shareholder, restrictive covenant, and trade secret litigation. John has represented clients in more than twenty trials, evidentiary hearings, and arbitrations. He also has represented clients in federal and state regulatory matters, as well as internal corporate investigations. John is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation, Insurance Litigation, and Securities Litigation, and by Super Lawyers for Business Litigation. He is a fellow of the Litigation Council of America, an honorary society composed of less than one half of one percent of American trial lawyers. John has published more than a dozen articles covering a variety of subjects, including corporate governance, class action practice, federal civil procedure, and attorney ethics.
