John has more than twenty years of experience representing clients facing a variety of claims including design defect, manufacturing flaw, failure to warn, and installation and maintenance of products throughout agribusiness, commercial, construction, and industrial sectors. He has extensive experience with the sale, distribution, manufacture, and installation/application of hazardous materials.
