John C. Hughes

John has more than twenty years of experience representing clients facing a variety of claims including design defect, manufacturing flaw, failure to warn, and installation and maintenance of products throughout agribusiness, commercial, construction, and industrial sectors. He has extensive experience with the sale, distribution, manufacture, and installation/application of hazardous materials. He regularly represents and tries to verdict cases for clients with asbestos liabilities. John is noted throughout the Midwest for defending complex transportation cases within trucking, recreational vehicles, public transportation vehicle and systems and motor vehicles. More importantly, he has tried over forty cases to jury verdict. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Defense Research Institute – national organizations of trial lawyers.
