About Jocelyn

Jocelyn has extensive experience representing companies and individuals with their immigration and global mobility needs. Her practice focuses on providing efficient and effective immigration and global mobility solutions to companies throughout the United States. She represents a broad variety of companies and individuals with all types of business-related nonimmigrant petitions (especially H, L, E, O, P and TN petitions), applications for labor certification, employment-based immigrant petitions (1st, 2nd and 3rd preference categories), and applications for adjustment of status and consular processing. Jocelyn also provides employer and management training and guidance on I-9 compliance issues, and represents local, national and multi-national companies in such industries as financial services, information technology, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, professional sports and other fields. She also has a wide range of experience with seasonal worker visas, family-based immigrant petitions and naturalization applications. Prior to beginning a career as a business immigration attorney, she clerked for the Honorable Deborah K. Chasanow of the U.S. District Court, District of Maryland.
