Jill Gerdrum

Jill Gerdrum is a civil litigator who focuses her practice in the areas of product liability, trucking/transportation, premises liability, insurance defense, and employment law. She serves a broad range of clients including, manufacturers, trucking companies, pharmacies, retailers, municipalities, and individuals. Jill's litigation and appellate experience has earned her recognition as a "Best Lawyer" in commercial litigation and product liability defense and as a "Super Lawyer" in civil litigation defense. She is also the receipeint of Martindale-Hubbell's "AV" rating for legal ability and ethics. Jill was selected by the Montana Supreme Court to serve as the attorney member of the Montana Judicial Standards Commission. She is also a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) and active with her firm's membership in ALFA International. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jill was Montana's Deputy Commissioner of Insurance and Securities.
