Jerome F. "Jerry" Weiss

As a neutral whose work has evolved over the past 20 years into an exclusively mediation-related practice, Jerome F. Weiss has drawn on his academic and practical experience and his years of work as a litigator, to accomplish a high success rate in the meaningful disposition of cases through alternative dispute resolution. Jerry benefited from his early experience in federal grant work, managing projects that addressed the backlog of cases through the use of early intervention/mediation in several major metropolitan areas in the United States. This experience in related issues and systems was invaluable in sharpening his mediation understanding and skills. As a litigator representing an extensive assortment of cases and clients in many forums, Jerry has further developed his understanding of the problems facing litigants and their counsel in the resolution of disputes. Jerry’s consultation and participation as a neutral has been sought by individuals and institutions both regionally and nationally.
