Jerome (Jerry) B. Tichner focuses his practice on representing hospitals and health systems in transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations and dispositions. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to representing private equity firms and their platform companies with respect to the acquisition and divestiture of health care-related companies and assets.
