Jennifer Sehlin

Professional ExperienceJennifer’s practice emphasizes residential and commercial real estate transactions, land use, and landlord tenant law. Her clients include real estate developers, property management companies, residential and commercial landlords, tenants, and individual homeowners. Prior to joining Helsell Fetterman, Jennifer worked in a boutique real estate law firm in Snohomish County, where her practice touched on all aspects of real estate law in Washington. She is a speaker at continuing education seminars for real estate professionals. Jennifer is a member and past president of the Seattle Northeast Rotary Club. The club engages the community through various philanthropic activities locally, nationally and internationally. Jennifer grew up primarily in Oak Harbor, Washington and is lucky to have much of her family close by. When not working Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the many activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
