    Jennifer Henry Jackson is an attorney in the firm’s Louisville, Kentucky office where she is a member of the Torts & Insurance Practice Service Group and the Health Care Service Group. She handles a wide variety of litigation matters, including product liability, toxic and mass torts, medical malpractice, professional liability, premises liability, and actions alleging serious personal injury or death. Jennifer has experience at all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling to taking and defending depositions, to drafting and arguing dispositive motions. She tried a case to a jury verdict within her first year of practice. Through her health care practice, Jennifer advises clients on physician self-referral issues, reimbursement issues, data privacy and security, licensure matters, and fraud and abuse laws. Involved in three-week Kentucky state court trial stemming from allegations of asbestos exposure and resulting mesothelioma from cosmetic talcum powder products that resulted in a defense verdict in less than an hour.
