About Jennifer

Jennifer Greco is an associate in the Health Care group. She represents health care providers in various regulatory and transactional matters. Services I focus on compliance and regulatory matters and health care transactions. Prior to practicing law, I was a social worker for many years. My first-hand experience in a wellness field gives me an inside perspective on how to balance the multifaceted needs of my health care clients. I understand how to meet regulatory and compliance requirements while ensuring quality care for consumers. Compliance and Regulatory I work with clients in the health care industry on regulatory compliance matters, including navigating federal and state fraud and abuse laws and Medicare and Medicaid compliance. Health Care Transactions I work with a range of health care providers on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. I also assist clients with drafting contracts, professional services agreements, and other relevant agreements necessary to comply with state and federal health care laws.
