Jennifer's principal area of practice focuses on representing commercial and industrial clients and landowners in remediation projects. Jennifer’s experience includes providing assistance with environmental issues arising from active operations during the course of real estate transactions and redevelopment activities, and from legacy environmental concerns. Jennifer’s work also includes brownfields projects and underground storage tank matters and environmental and cost recovery litigation in both federal and state arenas.
