About
Since competing in Mock Trial tournaments in high school, Jennifer Adams has been hooked on the law. A naturally gifted communicator, Jennifer takes her clients’ best interests into consideration when completing difficult, but sometimes necessary, negotiations. Her love of triaging complex cases, whether defending cancer claims related to alleged asbestos exposure in the work place or "take-home" exposure claims, keeps Jennifer working hard to meet her clients’ needs. Jennifer is the chair of the Toxic Tort and Environmental Department at Deutsch Kerrigan and has successfully litigated and secured favorable outcomes in thousands of occupational exposure claims in state and federal courts. Jennifer is a frequent speaker at national conferences, including the Defense Research Institute and American Conference Institute’s National Advanced Forum, on asbestos claims & litigation. She leads discussions and panels covering the latest in trends products liability, cannabis law, work place exposures, and talcum powder issues. She is a native New Orleanian who loves photography, spending time with her family, and being at the beach.
