Jeff Marvan is the lead attorney at MarvanLaw, A.P.C. MarvanLaw, A.P.C. is a boutique firm focused on probate litigation, trust litigation, estate planning, guardianships, and conservatorships. After graduating from UC Davis’ King Hall School of Law, Jeff began his legal career a public defender in Yolo County. Over the four years at the public defender office Jeff handled misdemeanors, felonies, juvenile delinquencies, dependencies, and LPS Conservatorships. This time period allowed Jeff to hone his trial skills which have continued to mature in the trusts and estates arena. In 2006, Jeff formed MarvanLaw, A.P.C. Jeff was a professor of Wills and Trusts at Glendale University College of Law for 2 years. Jeff frequently presents for LACBA, SBBA, SFVBA Estate Planning Counsel, Pincus Professional Education, and PFAC in the area of trusts and estates. Presently, Jeff is Secretary/Treasurer of LACBA Trusts and Estate Committee and has been chairperson of the Court Appointed Counsel Training Committee since 2020.
