Jeffrey A. "Jeff" Dretler

Jeffrey Dretler is a seasoned litigator and trusted counselor. He has more than twenty years of experience representing employers in state and federal courts and administrative agencies in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues and the enforcement of non-competition agreements and protection of trade secrets. He also advises employers on day-to-day human resources matters involving leaves of absence, reasonable accommodation, independent contractor law, and conducts workplace investigations and trainings. Jeff prides himself on guiding employers to develop practices that will avoid costly litigation and has the skills and resolve to litigate matters when the situation calls for the employer to take a strong stand.
