Jean Hegler

Jean Hegler has concentrated her practice in the areas of estate, gift and trust taxation, estate planning, estate administration and elder law planning. Jean has unique experience representing high net worth individuals, trusts, estates, family businesses and foundations in sophisticated tax planning and administration. She lectures frequently and has authored various legal publications, including a book entitled Wills: Structure, Design & Settlement under New York State Law, and she has also written numerous articles in the national magazine Trusts & Estates and various local bar association newspapers.
