For more than 25 years, Jay D. He is the managing shareholder for the Birmingham and Mobile offices. He also is an adjunct professor at Cumberland School of Law, where he teaches Labor Law. Jay was a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Merritt on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
