Mr. Segerdahl has litigated on behalf of clients in jurisdictions across the country, has written and lectured extensively on insurance coverage and other issues, is a co-author of Policyholder’s Guide to the Law of Insurance Coverage (1997), a treatise published by Aspen Law & Business and updated annually, and served as executive editor of the Journal of Insurance Coverage (a quarterly publication of Aspen Law & Business published from 1998-2002). He serves as Vice Chairman and General Counsel of K&L Gates, and on its Management (Secretary) and Executive Committees.
