James M. "Jim" Miletich

In professional malpractice cases, he defends lawyers, healthcare professionals, insurance producers, design professionals, financial and real estate professionals. Mr. Miletich also represents attorneys, accountants and financial planners before their administrative boards and performs coverage analysis for insurance companies. Mr. Miletich is a graduate of the University of Iowa and St. Mary’s University School of Law. Mr. Miletich is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the United States District Court of Colorado and Colorado’s state courts. He has represented clients in Utah and Wyoming. He is experienced in appellate matters and has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Colorado Court of Appeals. Mr. Miletich is a member of the American, Colorado, Denver and Arapahoe County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association (CDLA), where he served as Chair of the Professional Liability Section in 2018-2019, Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS). He has presented numerous legal seminars and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Denver College of Law.
