He has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes, especially relating to breach of contract litigation. He is currently serving as the Administrative Partner of Holland & Hart’s Salt Lake City office. Prior to joining Holland & Hart in 1999, James practiced with the Salt Lake City law firms of Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar and Richards Brandt Miller & Nelson.
