Jim Lehman is the Managing Partner of the Firm. In addition to his management responsibilities, he practices in the areas of business and securities litigation, white collar investigations, and professional liability. Mr. Lehman has also served in senior executive management positions. In 2001, he joined Safety-Kleen as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, which at the time was one of the largest bankruptcies in US history. In addition to his Firm responsibilities, he has also served as the outside General Counsel for various private equity portfolio companies.
