James Blankenship

James is a member of the firm’s Employment Law and Business Litigation practice groups. James represents and advises employers and employees in disputes involving wrongful discharge, discrimination, wage and hour claims, and union matters. He also represents business entities in complex litigation, professional liability, and regulatory disputes.
