J. Dillon Curran

J. Dillon Curran has a broad experience base gained through hands on representation of financial institutions and providers of financial products. His practice areas include business litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, energy and commercial transactions. Mr. Curran also regularly represents companies and individuals in the real estate, oil and gas and transportation industries. At this early stage in his career, Mr. Curran already has structured, negotiated and closed numerous complex inter-bank agreements and successfully advocated an administrative appeal in Washington, D.C. He also played a significant role in recovering both bonus and severance compensation and penalty damages and attorney fees for a CEO after her business was sold to a Fortune 500 Company. Mr. Curran graduated magna cum laude from Oklahoma State University in 1999. He received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2002, graduating with highest honors and Order of the Coif. Mr. Curran has been selected as a ”Rising Star“ since 2008 in the publication of Super Lawyers. In 2012, he received the Mona Salyer Lambird Award for outstanding advocacy from Oklahoma Lawyers for Children.
