Hilda Aguilar

Hilda Aguilar focuses her practice on helping human resource leaders and in-house lawyers with employment-related issues, including employee discipline and discharge, accommodations and leave, allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and policy review. She has successfully defended against individual claims for retaliation, harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and Unruh Civil Rights Act. She has obtained summary judgment and prevailed at trial in Los Angeles Superior Court on employment related claims. While in law school, Hilda served as a Student Attorney for the Washington College of Law General Practice Clinic successfully reversing an administrative ruling.
