Harry P. Trueheart III

Harry Trueheart, the firm’s Chairman Emeritus, focuses his practice on helping clients resolve business disputes, particularly international disputes, through litigation, arbitration and mediation. What do you focus on? Dispute Resolution I litigate a wide range of business disputes from investment, to M&A to competition, accounting and technology issues in courts and in arbitrations. I have particular experience in international arbitration, representing both businesses and governments in disputes involving major energy projects, development projects and privatizations among other matters. Arbitration I regularly serve as an arbitrator and mediator. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and ICDR and a mediator for Federal Court sponsored mediation. I am a member of the Executive Advisory Committee of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution.
